Shipping policy

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• DHL deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
• DHL does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
• Expedited orders will be processed the same day if the order is placed before 12 pm MST. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following business day.  Expedited orders only to continental US.
• Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped.
• Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days.  Standard shipments within the contiguous US arrive in 1 - 7 business days, while shipments to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 3 - 7 business days, but in this time of pandemic, these timeframes may be extended. We offer Express and Overnight shipping options if you need to ensure delivery by a specific days after the order is placed.
• Out of state shipments may be charged sales tax. 
• International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT). All prices listed are in USD.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.
